First of all fantastic customer service. Sam was so nice, knowledgeable, friendly. Showed us around, loved on our pups. Gave us some complimentary snacks for the dogs. Will definitely be back!

This was the first time I use their grooming services. I show Ed up to late and missed the first appt. I offered to pay because it was my fault. Must to my surprise they didn’t accept my offer to pay which was extremely generous of them. On my next appt I still managed to show up 30 minutes late. They took Henry and groomed him. I apologized profusely and gave her a very nice tip when I picked him up. Henry looked amazing!!! Henry is an Airedale Terrier and is NOT a show dog! LOL I’ve never liked the show dog look because he is a family pet. I was so happy with his cut. As fall approaches his fur will grow out curly. Henry will look like a giant stuffed teddy bear! LOL

I love supporting locally owned shops. I’ve been shopping at this store for years. They will alway be known to me as Airedale Antics! Henry is my 4th Airedale. He was groomed by Erica last week and loved her! I’m also able to buy Fromm’s food here as well. The healthy pet house has the lowest prices for Fromm’s food in the area. I’m on medical disability and have to save where I can. It’s so nice shopping here. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
